Fabrication division

Precision metal fabrication

Laser cutting, laser welding and CNC bending for steel, stainless and aluminum components, produced to customer drawings for OEMs, structural engineers and equipment fabricators.

Three core processes

Cutting, welding and bending

Process one

Laser cutting

High-output fiber laser cutting produces clean edges across steel, stainless and aluminum stock. Flat blanks and profiles move from drawing to cut part in one controlled step.

Process two

Laser welding

Precision laser welding keeps heat input low, limiting distortion in finished assemblies. Repeatable joints are set for components that need consistent, sealed seams.

Process three

CNC bending

Multi-axis CNC press braking forms angular bends with consistent results across production runs. Tooling setup is matched to each part geometry before the run begins.

From file to part

How a job moves through

01

CAD file submission

Send drawings or CAD files with material, thickness and quantity. Our team reviews them for manufacturability before quoting.

02

Tooling setup

Cutting programs, welding fixtures and press brake tooling are prepared for the specific part geometry and batch size.

03

Production run

Parts are cut, welded and bent in sequence, with each process checked against the approved drawing as the batch moves.

04

Final dimension check

Finished components are measured against the drawing dimensions before they are released for dispatch.
